Paroc Group is owned by Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) and its co-investors, with a minority shareholding owned by Paroc's employees. Net sales in 2006 amounted to EUR 403 million and personnel in average 2 172 persons.

Paroc has production activities in Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and Poland, and sales or representative offices in 13 countries. The head office is located in Vantaa, Finland.

The raw material in Paroc® products is stone, which is sorted and melted. The melted product is then converted to stone wool – a material that is superior in providing good insulation, long durability and maximum fire protection. Purpose-designed, easily installed products must meet stringent requirements. Paroc continually develops new products to meet customers' changing requirements.
